The most confusing, horrible roundabout of all time is that mess at the confluence of Hot Springs Road, CVR, Old Coast Highway, and E. Cabrillo Boulevard. I’m honestly surprised no one’s been killed there. From the terrible traffic layout to the hard-to-see signage, this roundabout is a total disaster.
I agree with REX of SB – That’s another bad round-a-bout, especially for pedestrians. And, the visibility is horrible. That entire area is horrible. They should have NEVER removed the southbound fwy on ramp . I always thought they would put it back, considering what a disaster it’s caused.
