US Coast Guard (or similar color) with searchlights on with repetitive flight pattern going over the Highway 217 toward Goleta Beach. Does anyone know what’s going on? Search and Rescue? Drug bust? Enemies in our waters? This was around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
