Yes. Could have been a “Karen” situation. Lets hope so for the sake of the kid and the dog.
I trust Roger’s reports more than your unfounded speculations. At least his info comes from a scanner report. What is yours based on?
There’s also the possibility that aliens from outer space are dreaming and we are just parts of their dreams. But unlikely as far as I can tell.
Keep in mind this is just scanner traffic. It’s entirely possible that a child was playing with a dog and some crazed PETA lover thought it was an attack and called it in. Could be nothing happened but people love to report things they think they see.
