We live in the West where Chimney are really artistic, nostalgic, and maintenance is not understood nor followed. Chimneys require annual maintenance if used, as in the case of sheltering in… or there can be conversion to cleaner gas instead of precious wood that leaves creasote–a highly flammable carbon leftover and “burnprint” Still romantic and effective.
We have”sweeps here”–hire locally. Watch Mary Poppins again sustain “Burt’s” livelihood.
