On 12/23/20 at 1500 hours, Officers from the Santa Maria Police Department Special Enforcement Team (SET), Community Service Unit (CSU) and Detectives (DB) worked together to serve a narcotics search warrant in the 1900 block of Estriga Court, Santa Maria.
During the search of the residence officers found; 4 handguns, ammunition, 8 grams of Fentanyl and 10 grams of Methamphetamine.
Saam Jean Massoudi, 37 years old, is a convicted felon and was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Massoudi was transported and booked into the SBCO Jail with a $500,000 bail.
