Hiker Rescued from Rattlesnake Trail

This morning around 0915, SBCSAR was paged out to an injured hiker on Rattlesnake Trail. SAR Teams responded with SB County Fire and AMR to the hiker’s location, found them about a mile up trail with a knee injury. Teams packaged the subject comfortably for a carry out via litter basket and litter wheel down the trail.

As of 1250pm, teams were responding for an additional injured hiker on Rattlesnake Trail unrelated to the first hiker.
