If it’s oil, it’s spilled and ruining the environment, then Greka Oil Co. must be behind it somehow.
Use it to insulate dugout canoes – would be a nice family project to make one while quarantined.
It is, in fact, natural to have oil on our local beaches….It’s called the Santa Barbara Channel with fissures that release oil- ESPECIALLY when there is no drilling occurring.
