The container was empty, the scene is safe and units are clearing.

The Santa Barbara County Bomb Squad is investigating a suspicious item in the 4500 block of Hollister Ave.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the incident at 9:12 a.m. Tuesday.
There are no evacuations at this time.
The item is located outside the entrance to Juvenile Hall.
