On 03/12/2021, Sandra Manwill and Shailah Martinez-Dunn were reported as at-risk missing juveniles. Manwill and Martinez-Dunn were last seen on the east side of Santa Barbara on 3/12/21 at approximately 7:30 PM. Manwill was last seen wearing a black jacket, ripped jeans, and white sneakers. Martinez-Dunn was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black leggings, and white slip on shoes. Both Manwill and Martinez-Dunn are habitual runaways whose whereabouts are unknown at this time.
