Code 415pc: A subject yelling at a Hotel Desk Clerk at Motel 6 on Upper State Street, yelled “187pc” in clerk’s face. 187 is penal code for murder.

  1. He was suffering from a lack of affordable housing. Drugs were definitely not involved in any way. If the city would only build a vast amount of high density single occupancy housing, this type of incident just wouldn’t happen anymore.
