Suspicious Circumstances on Coast Village

Suspicious circumstances, a suspect knocked on the door of a residence asked to be let in an apartment unit in the 1100-1200 block of Coast Village Road. The suspect was described as a Hispanic adult male wearing a red cap with a W on it.
