AT-RISK MISSING ADULT:
88 year old Elissa has dementia and left her residence in an attempt to go eat at a restaurant at 8:30 AM.
She has not returned home and many of the local restaurants have been checked.
If you see her, please call the LPD with her location so we can return her home safely.
