Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Paso Robles man for possession of cocaine for sale this past weekend. On Saturday, May 22, 2021 at approximately 3:00 a.m., Sheriff’s deputies and UCSB police officers assigned to the Isla Vista Foot Patrol station were at a residence in the 6600-block of Sueno Road in Isla Vista for follow-up to the earlier report of gunshots fired in the area. While they were searching the area for witnesses and evidence, deputies noticed three subjects sitting in a parked vehicle with cocaine in plain view on the dashboard.
Deputies contacted the passengers and found 19-year-old Cesar Antonio Cerda Jr. of Paso Robles in possession of cocaine that was packaged for sales. Cerda was arrested for sell/transportation of cocaine(felony), and transported to the Main Jail where he was booked and later released on a citation pursuant to the local court extension of Emergency Rule 4.
Emergency Rule 4, what a joke.
Good thing for emergency rule 4. Protects the citizens and makes sure those criminals won’t do it again!
Why bother spending the time and money processing them in and out of jail? Just write them a ticket and move on. If we are going to be a lawless nation let’s just do it and be done with it. Why go through the motions?
That’s why Newsom has got to go… Wait – “Come on man, but that’s Pelosi’s nephew!”
