My wife and I were walking home from the Funk Zone late Saturday night when we came across a car that was stuck on the concrete walkway between the two train tracks at the Santa Barbara Amtrak train station. They asked if we could help move the car we tried and it didn’t work. They are still stuck Hanging off the concrete walkway between the two tracks. The good thing is their car is closer to the southern track which is less trafficked by trains.
