  2. SB is full of the naive that don’t lock their cars, bikes, etc. thinking that this is a paradise, and also full of criminals looking to take advantage of that type of person. Combine that with our lowball laws (not the fault of our law enforcement personnel) and ultra-liberal governance, and it’s a perfect recipe.
