Update to Main Jail COVID Outbreak

The Sheriff’s Office Main Jail has cleared all active COVID-19 cases associated with the outbreak that began on October 31, 2021. The ending total number of cases in this outbreak was eight.

The Sheriff’s Office is updating information on the outbreak that we previously shared on November 5, 2021. Since then, we identified one additional inmate as COVID-19 positive and associated with the outbreak in West Module, bringing the total number of cases in this outbreak to eight. Seven of the eight inmates have since recovered and there is one remaining active case associate with this outbreak.
