I blame those migratory warblers, they’re known to be arsonists!
Extremely visible squatter camp there, filled with the bicycles and stolen items we begrudge the thieves.
Zero tolerance – all vagrant camps. Nothing else works. Do not risk our city, our homes and our lives to pander to vagrants. That is insane. No more welcome mat in Santa Barbara. Period. Zero tolerance, just like you apply to oil tankers.
