ANSWER
These bunny butts are part of the new construction in the Turnpike Shopping Center in front of the new Lighthouse Coffee Shop at the corner of Hollister and Turnpike in Noleta (or the unincorporated section of Santa Barbara for the small yet vocal crowd who despises the term “Noleta”).
We’re not sure what these bronze bunnies are doing (dancing, playing, performing a cult ritual?) but they look pretty cute and just in time for Easter. It was made by artist Georgia Gerber and is titled “Hip Hop.”
