Rollover Traffic Collision on Highway 101 at Seacliff

There’s a rollover traffic collision on Highway 101 northbound at Seacliff that is causing major traffic. 

It was called in around 10:45 am with a report of debris in the lanes. A patient has critical injuries, a helicopter was called then cancelled.
