THE SANDBOX Santa Barbara founder has launched THE SANDBOX Goleta, the third SANDBOX coworking, shared office, and event space. Located at 69 Santa Felicia Drive near the Camino Real Marketplace and next door to Draughtsmen Aleworks, THE SANDBOX Goleta will provide professional offices for businesses, remote workers and nonprofits, coworking memberships to work in a common area, and meeting space and gathering spaces for business and group events. THE SANDBOX is the first Santa Barbara-based coworking space to expand to Goleta and now has three locations in Santa Barbara, Goleta and Paso Robles.
THE SANDBOX Goleta location features 14 office spaces, two large indoor meeting and training rooms, outdoor work and meeting areas and events space. The modern industrial design style is similar to THE SANDBOX Santa Barbara and THE SANDBOX Paso Robles and also features a large roll-up door that opens to outdoor work and open space. The space also has a number of large doors and windows letting in both natural light and fresh air and ocean breezes as well as central air and heating. THE SANDBOX can also function as a venue for film screenings, business events, pitch nights, networking events, and private celebrations. The new location is close to Goleta’s Ellwood and Cannon Green neighborhoods, restaurants, shops, breweries and hotels as well as the University of California Santa Barbara.
“I’m excited to bring THE SANDBOX to Goleta and offer a space for local businesses and professionals. The dynamic new space will feature great on-site amenities, including outdoor workspace and member perks as well as events, programs and classes,” shared founder Kyle Ashby. “We also aim to create opportunities for our members to network and collaborate with other SANDBOX members and professionals in our network. The space will be a great center for business and innovation as well as a space where people can gather to connect, learn and have some fun.”
THE SANDBOX Goleta offers coworking memberships starting at $247 a month to use the common space, enjoy great coffee and other benefits. Private offices start at $750 per month for your own space. There are also coworking day passes available for $25 a day, and offices rentable by the day as well as meeting and gathering space starting at $40 an hour for coworking and office members.
With 3 locations on the Central Coast, THE SANDBOX also offers customized group memberships for companies looking for office and meeting space options for their remote workforce.
