The Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of crowd-favorite Safety Street at the Goleta Lemon Festival, this September 24 & 25 at Girsh Park in Goleta.
Safety Street, presented by ExxonMobil, is the largest interactive display of Fire, Police and Emergency Services in the County. Kids can explore the ins and outs of fire trucks, take a photo with Smokey the Bear and much more.
Attendees are also invited to meet the Sheriff’s Mounted Enforcement Unit and several Sheriff K-9 teams. Attendees are encouraged to say hello to the horses and the K-9’s and to get to know the deputies who are assigned to these important safety resources in our county.
Other Safety Street booths include American Red Cross, CHP, Goleta CERT, Goleta Police Department and SB County Sheriff’s, Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness, Santa Barbara County Fire Safe Council, LISTOS, Santa Barbara Response Network, US Forest Service, YouthWell and more!
The Goleta Lemon Festival, presented by Rusty’s Pizza, is organized by the Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce, from Goleta to Carpinteria. The family-friendly festival will take place September 24 & 25 at Girsh Park in Goleta and hosts 80+ booths featuring local non-profit organizations, lemony foods and beverages, live entertainment, as well as games and activities for kids of all ages.
The Goleta Lemon Festival is from 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday, September 24 and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, September 25. Get more information at LemonFestival.com.
