* At 111 AM PST, gauge reports indicated rainfall rates of 0.3 to 0.45 inches per hour across western portions of the Santa Ynez mountain range and foothills. Minor roadway flooding and minor debris flows in and around Whittier and Sherpa burn areas are possible with these rainfall rates. Moderate to locally heavy rainfall will likely continue for the next several hours.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include…Whittier and Sherpa burn areas…Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park…Highway 154 over San Marcos Pass…and Lake Cachuma.
