Wind-Related Traffic Issues

Lots of wind-related traffic issues out there, here are a few I’ve heard of:

 

  • Highway 192 at Cieneguitas Rd, defective traffic signals
  • Broken down bus, possible engine fire, near San Ysidro offramp
  • Road hazard at Highway 101 North at Winchester Canyon
  • Traffic collision at Highway 101 south near Sandpiper Golf Club. Something about a tree down in the traffic lanes and then a car that crashed into a tree.
