New Beginnings Counseling Center (NBCC) is seeking a full-time Case Manager and Program Coordinator for its Supportive Services Case Management contract with the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB). Position is based on a 9/80 schedule totaling 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Salary DOE.
The position performs case management duties involving Housing Authority families, seniors, disabled and/or homeless or formerly homeless clients that will foster their participation in various Housing Authority programs, as well as programs and services offered by various local agencies designed to achieve self-sufficiency and stability. Position responsible for navigating objectives and requirements of the contract between NBCC and HACSB, implementation of mission directives, multiple methods of data collection, reporting, and overseeing part time case manager. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required, Master’s preferred, with experience working with the homeless population, community mental health or related field. Intern hours and supervision available. Oral and written fluency in Spanish is a plus.
