The Coastal Housing Coalition announced that Tony Tomasello has been elected to the board of directors.
Tomasello is a senior planner and project manager at RRM Design Group in Santa Barbara. He works with local agencies and private landowners in the management of a broad range of projects including multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments from due diligence and project programming, community outreach, entitlements, permitting, and compliance.
He earned a Master’s degree in Planning, with a certificate in real estate development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Tomasello is a member of the American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, and Congress for New Urbanism, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
The Coastal Housing Coalition is a nonprofit organization founded in 2005 that is dedicated to finding solutions to the South Coast’s housing crisis and reversing the adverse impacts of the lack of workforce housing is having on our economy, environment, and civic life.
