Desperately seeking housing~@ $1500

I am a 57 year young single, non smoking, quiet, gainfully employed, considerate woman with impeccable references and good credit. A Santa Barbara Resident for the past 36 years.
I have 2 sibling rescue cats and a rescue tri-pawed doggy . Ziggy & Bella are 8 and indoor/outdoor so I prefer to not reside on a busy street ….and Angel will be turning 10 in July and she is indoor /outdoor…or where ever I am …
I am looking for a long term reasonable lease and a comfort zone for myself. I would love to have a yard and a garage….I am a previous homeowner who knows how important it is to have a good tenant. Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria….please help.
