Dog Attack on Overlook Lane!

At 5:00 PM on Tuesday [February 4], our little blind poodle mix was attacked by an off-leash dark German Shepherd while my husband was walking her on the 1700 block of Overlook Lane (above Cleveland School). The fiftyish owner of the Shepherd grabbed his dog by the collar and ran off. Our sweet rescue dog was left with bite wounds, and spent hours at the emergency hospital. Does anyone know who the owner of the attacking dog might be? Thank you!
