I am looking for information on ordering a Thanksgiving turkey and a ham to pick up on Thanksgiving day in Santa Barbara. I’ll make my own sides, hee hee! Vons? Albertsons? Any other recommendations?

Yes. Try a veggie lasagna. It’s less hard on our planet and the animals that inhabit it. To stop eating meat is the number one, fastest way to reduce your carbon footprint. Be the solution not part of the problem. 😉
I second that, MisterRanger. It will be roast cauliflower at my house.
