There are a wide variety of services that a PM can provide. Not sure exactly what the OP is looking for but based on recommendations from friends/family who are owners, I would suggest chatting with Michelle Roberson at Sierra Property Management to review your needs/expectations. SPM is not a small outfit but they act like it when it comes to service. Michelle writes a monthly newsletter to clients and has written special newsletters related to rental legislation and the COVID pandemic. They also have a large enough client base where they have a good feel for the market.
