A half-day workshop on June 4 presented by licensed psychologist Relly Nadler will offer strategies and tools for mastering emotions and rising above chaos to achieve success in any situation. Titled Unleash your Performance Edge: Harnessing Emotional Intelligence for Success, the workshop will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Workzones coworking space at 351 Paseo Nuevo in the Paseo Nuevo mall. Tickets start at $89 (or $79 for an additional attendee).
The workshop, sponsored by the Santa Barbara Human Resources Association (SBHRA), HUB International and Yardi Systems, is aimed at corporate workers, managers, entrepreneurs and anyone who feels they could benefit from growing their emotional intelligence and resilience. Key highlights will include learning how to thrive under pressure and gain a performance edge; mastering the art of resilience and navigating change; and uncovering key competencies to elevate leadership skills and guide teams to unprecedented success.

Dr. Nadler will offer cutting-edge research and practical tools to equip participants with the skills needed to thrive and redefine what it means to be truly exceptional. They will learn how to identify emotional intelligence strengths, determine triggers, lead themselves and others, and raise their emotional intelligence with a 15-second tool.
A Master Certified Coach (MCC), Dr. Nadler is author of eight books and a sought-after speaker. He has worked with over 225 companies helping them develop their leadership and teamwork through corporate training, executive coaching, team building, succession planning and facilitation. He has trained over 1500 coaches as a faculty member of the College of Executive Coaching for the last 23 years.
