Day 14 Answer
This is a comical scene is part of the larger “Temperance” mural by the People’s Union League of Lompoc at 137 South H Street in Lompoc.
The mural was painted in 1992 by Dan Sawatsky Chemainus as a nod to the town’s temperance roots, before alcohol was again legalized and the wine industry took over.
