Real Estate Planning Seminars

Hi! As a Real Estate Planner, I take a different (holistic) approach to Real Estate. Empowering people through education, I host seminars that give resources for people to self-discover the tools for themselves and their families to be successful now, and in the future, with their real estate and ultimate livelihood.
The next seminar is on Trusts, Probate Challenges, and the 21 things Trustees need to know, with an attorney guest speaker talking about Trusts (& Probate) in California.
After that, is a seminar focused on Senior Living Options (here in SB) and a downsizing/decluttinerg expert guest will speak about the do’s and don’ts of downsizing.
