We were driving down Highway 154 around 1:15pm (Thursday) and noticed a pretty bad collision near Foothill.
Traffic was backed up trying to head up the hill but firefighters were routing our vehicles down.
Thanks to the vehicles trying to warn us coming down the hill with the flashing headlights but we didn’t get it until it was too late.
