5:46 PM Tuesday, Traffic Back-Up on Highway 101 southbound.
Traffic caused by a rear end collision just left of the SouthBound La Cumbre onramp on the southbound Lane lasting about 45 minutes.
On ramp traffic did not seem very affected. Thankfully!
While South Bound traffic caught behind on the 101 was slowed before the La Cumbre exit.
