Teaching Ethics and Civic Values

A panel on Walter Capps’ teaching of ethics and civic values in the classroom and beyond, featuring former students, including TV showrunner/screenwriter Tim Kring, municipal strategist Shawn Landres, and UCSB Dean of Student Life Katya Armistead.

Venue: Campbell Hall at UCSB. Free and open to the public.

An opportunity for members of the public to share memories of Walter Capps will follow this panel, from 12:00-12:30.

Lunch will be available for purchase by Chiltepin Mexican Grill, a local food truck located outside Campbell Hall, from 12:00-2:00.
