When a shiny silver flying saucer lands in the Nevada desert, a group of skull-faced Martians emerges and promptly vaporizes a gathering of unfortunate Earthlings, kicking off a bizarre high-tech war with wild special effects. This sci-fi spoof features an all-star cast including Jack Nicholson, Glenn Close, Pierce Brosnan, Danny DeVito, Rod Steiger, Sarah Jessica Parker, Annette Bening and Tom Jones. Not trying to give away too much, but basically heads explode & the world is saved by EXTREMELY LOUD (what some would call) music!
…there’s also plenty of Tom Jones for those that are into that kind of thing.
