A few highlights from the scanner in the past 24 hours:

3:30 p.m. Sunday – Smoke investigation in the 1500 block of De La Vina Street.

9:00 p.m. Sunday – SB Fire responded to a reported structure fire in the 1800 block of De La Vina Street. One person treated for smoke inhalation. Fire was extinguished Cause under investigation

10:00 p.m. Sunday – Rollover traffic collision at 2111 Stanwood Drive. Two engines, medic, Batallian Chief responded. No injuries that I heard.

5:50 a.m. Monday – Illegal Fire at 25 W. Anapmau Street in Downtown SB. This is in front of the UPS Store.
I try and write some of them down as I hear them, but hope others can join in or expand on some of the calls. A lot of medical emergencies but otherwise a pretty quiet weekend.

This vehicle went out of control on the “S” section of Hwy 192 in the Toro Canyon area by Torito Rd. this afternoon about 2:30 p.m. It ended up in the vegetation.
