Montecito firefighters responded to the 3100 block of Eucalyptus Lane Wednesday afternoon for a reported sinkhole.
The roadway is temporarily closed until repairs are complete. Motorists are urged to plan alternate routes.
The Montecito Fire Department warns more rain is in the forecast and asks drivers to use extra caution.
