ANSWER
The answer is the clock on our iconic Santa Barbara County Courthouse at 1100 Anacapa Street. The 85 ft “El Mirador” clock tower, designed by William Mooser III, was finished in 1929 after the former courthouse became badly damaged in the 1925 earthquake.
