The Santa Barbara Police Department is attempting to locate an at-risk missing elderly female adult who was last seen on Stearn’s Wharf around 2:30 pm today [Sunday].
The missing elderly female adult, 78-year-old Zoraida Bescos, is believed to be on foot along the waterfront corridor or State Street area.
We are requesting anyone who observes Mrs. Bescos or has information to please call the Santa Barbara Police Department – 805-882-8900. She is approximately 5’ 0”, 120lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black visor, dark blue hooded jacket, blue pants, and black sneakers.
