A vehicle was rear ended And was spun around coming to rest on the El Sueno on-ramp facing the wrong direction accirding to a witness at the nearby liquor store.
No other details are known at this time
Traffic was heavily affected on all lanes coming to a stop for almost a full minute at times, Then slowly proceeding freely after El Sueno. CHP arrived on the scene promptly, And, appeared to be conducting an investigation.
Unrelated and on a side note, this is the offramp where impaired drivers often misjudge their speed and crash into the K-rail in front of the Stop and Shop on Calle Real.
Stop and rob
