At 3 PM Monday there was a scanner report of a male grabbing someone by the neck. What started out as a verbal altercation, ended with one person pushing someone out of the front doors by the neck.
The person who committed the assault was not there when police arrived. The victim remained and gave account to the officers. No more details were disclosed at this time.
