Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to a house fire on Rhoads Ave early Tuesday.
At 1:07 a.m. crews arrived in the 4800 block of Rhoads Ave and discovered smoke coming from the garage of a two-story residential structure.
Four occupants were able to evacuate the home without injury.
In under thirty minutes firefighters were able to contain the blaze to the garage area.
The exact cause is under investigation.
The photo of that garage looks like it belongs to a hoarder.
