There is a bird hanging upside down on a line or string from a power line on the bike path at the end of Turnpike. I have been calling Edison at least 5 times since 6:30 last night. I have called the Animal Control, they can’t do anything. Have called 911, they can’t do anything. Who do I call now? I am with Wildlife Care and have everything ready for whoever shows up. There is a hawk in the area now and it has been without water, food and upside down for 17 hours. Who do I call?
