I just saw this tweet from the Santa Barbara News-Press that said breaking news, an off-duty Sheriff’s officer reports a possible child sacrifice outside Santa Barbara. Is this real? The original tweet is below:

No baby sacrifice say authorities. Nearby residents trying to make cellphone call in a bad area simply dancing around with a child.
