Suspicious subject driving a blue Lincoln Town car with Arizona plates BPT9??? SBSO and SBPD have the rest. This vehicle was reported on the Goleta Pier on Friday, the male occupant harassing women, trying to pick up on them. He was described as an older male possibly elderly.
