At 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, I awoke to the sound of tires screeching and sirens screaming through Hope Ranch in what was clearly a high-speed chase.
After ten minutes or so there was the sound of a serious skid and a loud crash. Immediately after I could hear someone shouting “GET ON THE GROUND, GET ON THE GROUND!”.
At 1:46 a.m. Santa Barbara County Fire Dispatch reported a “Vehicle Accident, Code 3 on Via Esperanza in Hope Ranch.
What like a glass eye or prosthetic limb ? How about horrific burns. Where is your humanity sir?
