Taking photos of the beautiful moon this evening and heard a (another) loud crash down on Las Palmas. Called 911 yet before responders arrived on scene two cars drove away. Fire and police arrived shortly after but it appears the car involved in the crash was still on location at the intersection of Las Palmas and Cayente. Possible arrest on scene.
