Sunday early afternoon after Veteran’s Day there were several groups of military planes who flew in large circles over town and the beach. Various models for the large center plane.

They earn their salaries THANKS to the veterans who fought (and way too many died) to secure everyone’s freedom in this country ..
Well, by that logic, we ALL owe the veterans our salaries, right? So, does that mean we shouldn’t be able to speak our minds? This is ridiculous.
Yes : you do OWE your FREEDOM and the ability therefore to go about whatever you’re doing and earning the resulting salary to those veteran.
The fact that you do NOT feel you owe them something is your problem, not mine ..

Baloney. There is no disrespect to veterans or the military in protesting racism and kleptocracy. They died to preserve that right.
I agree.
No it was downvoted by several people because it was stupid, dishonest, racist, and vile.
Especially important to remind the NFL losers that they owe their freedom and millions they earn to all those REAL heroes who fought blood, sweat, tears and so too many times : gave up their lives so that the NFL crowd can now “gloriously” spit on the flag and the National Anthem !!
Please do away with the ability for down-votes to be able to delete a comment completely. There is only one reason that the comment asking if NFL players are spitting on the flag can get 3 down-votes within 8 minutes. That is, someone (or more) are able to log in with different accounts to down-vote anything they don’t like. It’s painfully obvious that lately, that has been happening. These comments are then totally deleted based on one person’s inability to see opposing (or in this case, merely questioning) their viewpoints. Please fix this Edhat!
At the least, deleted comments should be visible, as they were in previous incarnation of Edhat. I haven’t stated that to Edhat, so I’m at fault. But so is Edhat.
