The dog owners in SB are only painting themselves in a corner as far as places where they will be allowed to have their dogs off leash. Dog bites every week, dogs over the cliff, dog rescues, and so on. It’s only a matter of time before the city/county of SB requires leashes and muzzles on all dogs at all times in public. I don’t see an alternative, other than to just not have a dog, because the rest of us are “paying the price” when your “baby” bites or takes a jaunt over the cliff!!
